    1. It seems like- you have not used the correct account details to configure the account. that’s why it doesn’t work.
      so replace the account with the following one.
      Incoming server type – imap.
      Address- imap.att.net
      port no – 993
      Authentication- SSL
      Outgoing server- smtp.att.net
      port no- 465
      SSL – Yes.
      Username- your email address.
      Password- your email password.
